Unsolved Problems With My Citroen Berlingo

I'm requesting the resolution of unresolved problems with my 2018 Citroen Berlingo. These issues occurred during the warranty period and are documented in service records. I had two main problems: There's a recurring noise and steering wheel stiffness when turning. There's an ongoing rattling noise coming from the rear left door, especially during stops and starts. When I reported these problems to the service, they couldn't consistently replicate the first issue and claimed the second issue wasn't covered by the warranty. How can a complete car not have a door covered by the warranty? Despite having an extended warranty, these two issues remain unresolved. In the name of customer satisfaction, I request that Citroen addresses these problems free of charge.
