Citroen's Faulty Airbag Replacement Service and Repeated Service Issues
Citroen's handling of a faulty airbag replacement issue for my 2014 C3 model vehicle is just speaks for itself, and their understanding of customer relations!! I received a notification on my phone indicating that my airbags needed to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect and that the replacement would be free of charge. As a resident of Kartal, I contacted the Kartal Citroen service center and was scheduled for an appointment approximately 10 days later. However, this appointment was then postponed by a few days.received a call today informing me that the necessary parts for my vehicle had been ordered incorrectly and were now unavailable. As a result, my appointment was canceled entirely. I was planning a family trip to my village during the summer school holidays. now we're unable to travel as scheduled. This is not the first time ,in the past, I have had to repeatedly visit various service centers, including the general service center, to no avail. repeated failures are boring me now. I want an immediate resolution to the current airbag replacement issue.
