Can't Access My Chamet Account After It Was Hacked, Request Solution

I am writing because my Chamet account has been hacked and I need help to recover it. This account belongs to me, but I have not been able to use it properly since around December 2025 due to unauthorized access. I did not make any payments or spend any money through the account, and no money has been taken. However, I have lost control of my account and I cannot access it as the rightful owner. This situation is very upsetting for me because my personal account and information are no longer under my control.
