However, according to your customer support the withdrawal is actually “unsuccessful” and they stated that the money would be credited back to my gaming account, yet this has still not happened and the funds have not reached my bank account either. Despite these assurances, nothing has changed and my 9,100 is still neither in my bank nor in my gaming wallet, even though support says the withdrawal is unsuccessful and will be credited back. Since the withdrawal is unsuccessful on your side and the money has not reached my bank or my gaming wallet, I request that 4rabet immediately reverse this failed withdrawal and credit the full 9,100 back to my gaming wallet without further delay, or alternatively provide a prompt and provable transfer to my bank account, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong.
