This creates the impression that the cancellation is due to logistics, when in fact it is a deliberate move to avoid selling at the original price. It feels like the platform is being misused to manipulate prices and deceive customers. Trendyol, instead of protecting the customer, takes the side of the supplier and displays a biased attitude. From now on, I will definitely not use Trendyol again. Even after explaining the issue clearly, customer service almost ended up defending the seller, which made the experience even more frustrating.
