A Trendyol Seller Canceled My Order After Price Hike
A seller on Trendyol instantly raises product prices and cancels orders just as quickly. They falsely show the order as shipped before canceling it, which seriously damages trust. This creates the impression that the cancellation is due to logistics, when in fact it is a deliberate move to avoid selling at the original price. It feels like the platform is being misused to manipulate prices and deceive customers. Trendyol, instead of protecting the customer, takes the side of the supplier and displays a biased attitude. From now on, I will definitely not use Trendyol again. Even after explaining the issue clearly, customer service almost ended up defending the seller, which made the experience even more frustrating.
