Trendyol Rejected Return For Defective Yoyko Baby Highchair
On October 12, I purchased a Yoyko brand highchair through Trendyol (Order No: 10589122328, Seller: Bebemango, Amount: ₺999.49). The tray of the product is loose, the plastic is low-quality and deformed, and my baby does not fit into it. My return request was rejected twice, with the reasons stated as “no manufacturing defect found” and “hygiene.” Although it was claimed that I was under Trendyol’s assurance, customer service provided no solution. I have all the order, invoice, and return correspondence records. I state that the product is defective and unsafe for use, and I request a full refund. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
