My Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Screen Froze and Only Shows Camera—No Sound or Controls

Hello, I’m having a serious issue with the central display screen of my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro. The screen is completely frozen and unresponsive. There’s no sound, no notification chimes, and no system feedback at all. It just shows a constant camera feed and nothing else.
I’m getting error messages saying “AVM disconnected” and “RVM disconnected,” and no functions are accessible. I even tried locking and unlocking all the doors to reboot the system, but the screen won’t turn off or reset—it just stays stuck with the camera view showing.
This is incredibly frustrating and makes driving feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I need immediate assistance from Chery. Please provide a solution or reset procedure. A frozen system like this should not be happening in a modern vehicle.
