Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Dashboard Cracked and Warranty Wrongly Blamed Me

Last year, I purchased a brand new 2024 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro. I was initially very happy with the vehicle—it's well-designed and drives great. However, a few months in, I noticed a visible crack forming on the front dashboard for no clear reason. Concerned, I contacted the warranty service.
To my disappointment, they didn’t even inspect the car in person. They looked at a photo and immediately claimed it was user error. When I asked how they could determine that from just a picture, their response was beyond unprofessional—they said, “How do we know you didn’t get angry and punch it yourself?”
This kind of response is unacceptable. While Chery makes a solid car, their warranty support means absolutely nothing. Everything gets labeled as user damage without proper investigation. I’m asking Chery to stand behind their product and actually honor their warranty. Fix the issue—don’t just shift blame.
