I purchased my Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Avangarde in July 2024, and I’ve already started noticing visible rust on the "Tiggo" emblem panels located on the interior front door sills. It's deeply disappointing—and honestly concerning—that this type of corrosion is occurring in less than a year on a brand-new vehicle marketed as premium.
This raises serious questions about the material quality and long-term durability of the car. If stainless steel or protective coating had been properly applied, this shouldn't be happening, especially in such a short period. My concern now is whether this is a warning sign of larger quality control issues that might arise in the future.
I expect an immediate explanation for this unacceptable defect and a prompt solution—ideally, full replacement of the affected parts under warranty. I trusted Chery with my investment, and now I need the company to step up and stand behind its product. Please resolve this before it escalates into a larger customer confidence issue.
