I own a Chery Tiggo, and I’m experiencing multiple serious issues that make driving unsafe and incredibly frustrating. The vehicle’s dashboard displays a cruise control warning along with a left front radar sensor failure. On top of that, it’s showing a transmission malfunction — and this is where things get even worse.
While driving, the car jumps from 2nd gear directly to 4th on its own. When I come to a full stop and try to accelerate again, it starts in D2 instead of D1, and even in manual mode, I can’t switch it down to D1. This makes city driving jerky, dangerous, and unpredictable.
This is not what I expected when I bought a brand-new Chery. I feel completely misled by the marketing and promises of reliability. These are critical mechanical failures that should not happen under normal use, especially in a vehicle that’s meant to represent modern performance and safety.
Chery, I am demanding urgent attention and a complete resolution under warranty. If this is not resolved immediately, I will make sure to raise public awareness nationwide and challenge the positive image being built around these cars. Consumers deserve transparency and safe vehicles — not empty promises and excuses.
