Chery Tiggo 8 Sunroof Rubber Worn and No Response From Service

I own a Chery Tiggo 8, and the rubber material around the sunroof has become worn due to external factors, creating a risk of water leaking into the cabin. On 23.08.2025, I took my vehicle to Ermat Izmir service. The issue was identified, but even after 10 days, I have not received any response or update from either the service center or Chery. This is not the first time I have faced delays with this service; in a previous warranty case, the solution process was also prolonged. My vehicle’s license plate is 35CCH044, and it is still under warranty.
No payment has been requested from me regarding this issue, and so far I have only communicated with the service center, not with customer service. Still, the lack of feedback and prolonged waiting period are unacceptable.
I request that the worn sunroof rubber be replaced free of charge under warranty, that the repair be carried out promptly, and that an official apology be issued for the delay. As a customer, I expect Chery and the authorized service to act quickly to resolve this issue and restore my trust in their after-sales support.
