Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Stuck in Service for 45 Days—No Spare Parts Available

I loved driving my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, but 45 days ago, I had an accident, and my car has been stuck in service ever since. The only reason for this long delay is that the required spare parts have to be ordered from abroad, and there is no estimated arrival time.

I have called Chery customer service multiple times, but no one provides a real solution. A week ago, they told me, “We’ve created a request and will get back to you,” yet I have received no response since then.

The car itself is great, but this lack of spare parts is a major issue. Chery, I need my car repaired immediately! Stop making customers wait indefinitely for parts—fix this now!
