Chery Has Kept My Tiggo 8 Pro in Service for 45 Days Due to Spare Part Delays
I had an accident with my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, which I love driving, 45 days ago, and my car still has not been delivered from the service. The reason given is that a spare part was ordered from abroad, but there is no clear information on when it will arrive. This uncertainty makes it impossible for me to plan anything, as I still have no idea when I will get my car back. Despite calling Chery customer service multiple times, no one has provided any assistance. A week ago, they told me they had created a record and would get back to me, but I have not received any response. I am very satisfied with the car, but this spare part issue is truly frustrating.
