After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a defect in the sound insulation seal at the front, significantly affecting driving comfort. I reported this issue to Chery Turkey Customer Service multiple times, but received no response. Call center representatives are now hanging up on us, and the dealership directs us to the headquarters and call center, but we get no results. I learned that three other vehicles in Turkey have the same issue, with no explanation provided. Despite numerous complaints to Chery Turkey Customer Service, no satisfactory solution has been provided. I have repeatedly called the General Directorate's phone number, but I cannot reach anyone. Neither the dealership, the call center, nor the General Directorate have responded. Therefore, I urgently request your attention and assistance in fixing the defect and resolving the invoice discrepancy.

The friends calling from the Call Center hang up on us without doing anything. This is the extent of your quality. The problem here is that you are trying to provide unenthusiastic customer service. I want to be contacted by the General Directorate and an authorized unit.
