My New Chery Tiggo 7 Had Undisclosed Damage – Buyers Beware!

I purchased a brand-new Chery Tiggo 7 from the Mengerler dealership in Ankara. Shortly after, I decided to sell it due to an urgent need. During the buyer’s inspection, it was revealed that the car’s hood had undergone a paintless dent repair. This was shocking, as the vehicle was brand new with only 2,500 km. The buyer backed out, leaving me to cover the inspection costs.

After ten days of back-and-forth with the dealership and Chery’s headquarters, they acknowledged the defect but offered only a free periodic maintenance service as compensation. They ignored the car’s loss of value, my frustration, and the wasted time. Selling a defective vehicle at full price without disclosure is unethical.

I will pursue legal action and share my experience widely to warn others. This has been a massive disappointment—Chery didn’t even apologize. Avoid their vehicles and dealerships at all costs!

Still no response, what should we do, deal with courts? A terrible brand and company, they made us very regretful.
