Chatspin Keeps My Account Basic After I Pay for Monthly Upgrade
I paid for an upgrade on Chatspin, but my account stayed basic the whole time. It felt like I was just going in circles with their support team. For three weeks, I emailed over and over again, attaching screenshots to show the problem clearly, but nothing ever got fixed. This wasn't even the first time. Two of the three times I've paid for a monthly upgrade, I've had the same problem. They told me it was fixed every time, but when I logged in, nothing had changed. I finally gave up because it was too tiring to keep asking them for something I had already paid for. It seems like a waste of money and time.
