Liven Charged Me Twice and Cut My Subscription Short Despite Proof and Complaints
Based on an email confirmation, I registered under what I thought to be a three-month subscription with Liven. When I checked my account, though, the renewal date was set just one month following the first transaction. I asked customer support several times with screenshots of the email confirmation as evidence, but nothing has shown on my account page. Worse so, I paid twice for the same three-month subscription. Despite repeated follow-ups with their support team, nothing has been done to change the charges or modify my subscription length. Liven's customer service's lack of responsibility and poor response has been really aggravating; it has left me with an unresolved problem and pointless costs.
