Grindr Banned My Premium Account Without Reason After Charging Me
For a paid customer, Grindr has utterly failed me. After six months of subscription to their premium service, expecting improved features and an upgraded experience, they banned my account out of nowhere following only a few weeks. Simply shut out; no notice or explanation. Their so-called "support team" is a joke; I have emailed several times and all I receive are automated answers that hardly even relate to my problem. I paid hard-earned money on this app, and today I cannot even use it. To exacerbate the situation, there is no obvious means of appeal or account recovery. I am rather annoyed and will be working with my credit card company on a chargeback. Grindr treats its members without regard or responsibility.
