I Want Chatradar to Stop Charging My Account and Refund the Money They Took

I’m writing this with deep frustration. Chatradar has been continuously withdrawing money from my account without my knowledge or approval. I never knowingly subscribed to anything. It turns out my son accidentally installed the app, and ever since, it’s been deducting payments regularly—taking away money I need for essentials like food.

I am not in a financial position to afford this. This is my grocery money, and it’s being taken without permission. I didn’t even know there was a subscription, and I never received any clear notice or warning about these charges.

I urgently demand that my subscription be canceled immediately, and I expect a full refund of all the money that has been withdrawn. No one should have to go through this kind of distress for something they never intentionally signed up for. I hope Chatradar resolves this issue quickly and stops exploiting people like this.
