I am very frustrated and disappointed with the Chatradar app. I never used the app—not even once—yet they charged my account three separate times without my permission. I did not approve any subscriptions, nor did I get any service in return. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription—if one even exists—and a full refund of every unauthorized charge made to my account. There is absolutely no transparency or accountability, and the lack of communication from this app is unacceptable.

This app is not secure, and I strongly warn others not to download or use Chatradar. It clearly engages in unauthorized billing. I expect prompt resolution and a full reimbursement.
