I Face Critical Errors in Paid ChatGPT While Preparing Work Files

I used ChatGPT to prepare several work-related files, and due to the urgency of my project, I switched to the paid version as prompted. Initially, the tool worked correctly and helped me prepare one of my files. However, after I subscribed, it started producing major errors that caused significant delays and stress. Instead of helping, it turned into a frustrating experience that wasted 1.5 days of my limited time.

When I asked ChatGPT to categorize 500 products, I expected accurate and efficient output. Unfortunately, the results were inconsistent and filled with mistakes. Had I done the work manually, it would have been much faster and more reliable. I kept trying to fix the errors, but each attempt only led to more problems, despite having paid for what was supposed to be an enhanced service.

This experience was not only financially disappointing but also emotionally exhausting, especially considering how critical my deadline was. I urgently request either a full refund for the subscription or a thorough resolution that ensures this type of error never happens again. A professional tool should not fail its users at the most critical moments.
