I waited nearly 6 hours for my visual generation request to be processed, only to repeatedly see messages like, "The system is busy; your request will be processed soon." The estimated wait times were misleading, and my request was never fulfilled.
This extended delay wasted my time and significantly impacted my creativity. Creativity is an instantaneous process, and waiting for hours disrupts its flow entirely. Moreover, I rely on this system for my work and income, and this delay caused disruptions in my projects, leading to financial loss and affecting my family's livelihood.
It is unacceptable for a service provider to leave users waiting this long without resolution. I urge ChatGPT to improve its infrastructure and address these capacity issues promptly. This isn’t just about my experience; it reflects a broader problem affecting many users.
If this issue is not resolved, it risks losing trust from both existing and potential users. I expect a solution to this problem and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
