ChatGPT Plus Trial Payment Card Declined Repeatedly

I want to use the trial offer for a ChatGPT Plus subscription, but the system is not accepting my payment cards. I have tried multiple times using my Yapı Kredi bank cards, both through the app and through the Firefox browser. On one occasion, my credit card was accepted and I was able to subscribe, but the same credit card is now being declined as well. I am therefore trying to use a virtual card, but for the past two days, I have received a “card declined” error every time I try.

Although there is no issue with my card information or available credit limit, I cannot get past the payment screen and am unable to use the trial offer. I request that the reason my cards are being declined be clarified and that my account be reviewed so I can complete the ChatGPT Plus trial and payment process without further problems.
