Under Armour Water Bottle Handle Broke Without Impact

On May 31, I purchased a water bottle from Under Armour’s online store for approximately $31 for my son to use during sports activities. Because the bottle was larger than expected, I went to the Under Armour store at Kanyon Mall the next day and exchanged it for a different bottle by paying the price difference. In total, I paid approximately $41 for the replacement bottle.
My son used the new bottle only three times. On September 20, while he was exercising, the handle broke even though the bottle was simply sitting nearby and was not being subjected to any force. I do not believe it is reasonable for a bottle at this price point to break after such limited use and with virtually no stress or impact.
I sent an email explaining the situation and was told that I needed to contact Amazon.com.tr. In subsequent email responses, I was also told to “please contact Supplementler.” However, I purchased the bottle from the Under Armour store at Kanyon Mall. When I called and explained the situation, I was told that the product was considered a “hygienic product” and could not be inspected, so there was nothing they could do. They did not even take my offer to provide photos of the damage seriously.
Having a water bottle at this price point break after only three uses, combined with the lack of support from the store and customer service, has caused me both financial and personal inconvenience. I believe the product is defective, and I request that the bottle I purchased from the Kanyon Under Armour store be replaced with a new one free of charge under the warranty.
