Under Armour Assert 11 Making Abnormal Noise After Two Days

I purchased a pair of Under Armour Assert 11 athletic shoes, size 42, from the Koray Spor seller through Hepsiburada. I received the shoes on August 17 and wore them for only two days of normal daily use. After that, both shoes started making an extremely annoying noise while I was walking. This was not a normal sound associated with regular use. It was an unusual noise that could be heard with every step and made it feel as though there was a problem inside the shoes.

Believing that this could be a manufacturing defect, I obtained a return authorization code on August 21 and sent the shoes in for inspection. The shoes remained with them for approximately three weeks, and on September 17 I was informed that the inspection result was negative, that no manufacturing defect had been found, and that my return request had been rejected. I absolutely cannot accept being told that there is no problem when shoes that were worn for only two days are producing such an abnormal noise.

After the decision, I contacted customer service representatives from both Hepsiburada and Koray Spor. They each said that they were not responsible for the issue and that the inspection had been conducted by the manufacturer, effectively shifting responsibility elsewhere. As a result, I am left with a pair of shoes that were worn for only two days, make noise with every step, and a clear complaint for which no one is taking responsibility.

I request that the shoes be inspected again, this time with specific attention to the abnormal noise occurring with every step, and that my request for a refund or replacement be approved. I believe the product is defective, and I request that my issue be resolved promptly in the interest of customer satisfaction.
