Under Armour Shoes Opened at the Toe After Four Months

I purchased a pair of athletic shoes from the Under Armour store at Kocaeli Outlet Center on October 2, 2025. After approximately four months of use, both shoes developed openings in the front area. The toe sections of the shoes became visibly separated. These openings can also be clearly seen in a photo taken on February 20, 2026.
When I took the shoes back to the store, they were accepted and sent for inspection. I was later given the same standard response both in writing and by message, stating that “no manufacturing defect was identified.” Although it was specifically emphasized at the time of purchase that the product came with a two-year warranty, I was disappointed that no solution was offered for shoes that had deteriorated and opened at the front after such a short period of use.
I would have been willing to accept any reasonable solution, such as a refund, replacement, or repair, but the brand has not offered any assistance in this matter. Since the product is still within its warranty period, I request that my issue be resolved and that I be offered a reasonable solution, whether through a refund, replacement, or repair of the shoes.
