Under Armour Assert 11 Shoes Make Noise With Every Step

I purchased a pair of Under Armour Assert 11 athletic shoes, size 42, from the Koray Spor seller through Hepsiburada. I received the shoes on August 17 and used them for only two days of normal daily activities. Starting on the second day, both shoes began making an abnormal, irritating noise that could be heard with every step and made it feel as though there was a problem inside the shoes.

Considering this to be a potential manufacturing defect, I started the return process on August 21, obtained a return authorization code, and sent the shoes in for inspection. The shoes remained under inspection for approximately three weeks, and on September 17 I was informed that no manufacturing defect had been found and that my return request had been rejected. I absolutely cannot accept being told that there is “no problem” when shoes worn for only two days are producing such a noticeable and abnormal noise.

After the decision, I contacted customer service representatives from both Hepsiburada and Koray Spor. They told me that the inspection was conducted by the manufacturer and that they were not responsible for the issue, effectively shifting responsibility elsewhere. As a result, I am left with a pair of shoes that were worn for only two days but make noise with every step, while neither party is taking responsibility for resolving the issue. My order number is 4164510488.

I request that the shoes be inspected again in detail, this time specifically taking the noise problem into consideration, and that my request for a refund or replacement be approved based on the results of the inspection. I believe the product is defective, and I request that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved promptly in the interest of customer satisfaction.
