ChatGPT Plus Bug Blocks Access While Confirming Active Membership

I started my ChatGPT Plus subscription on May 19 as a monthly subscription, paid with my debit card. However, even though I've paid the fee, when I try to use the program, the system sometimes — and lately constantly — tells me I need to purchase Plus.
When I press the "Buy" button, I get a notice saying I'm already a Plus member. So the system recognizes my subscription on one hand, but on the other hand won't let me use Plus features and keeps asking me to buy it again. Because of this contradiction, I'm not able to regularly benefit from the service I'm paying for.
Even though I submitted a support request through the app, I haven't gotten any response so far. I'm requesting that my access issue be permanently resolved, and that the situation I've experienced during the periods I couldn't use the service be reviewed and the necessary improvement be made. My ChatGPT account is registered under the name Hasan P****.
