ChatGPT Plus Subscriber Gets Downgraded to Free Plan Despite Paying for Two Months
Even though I've had a ChatGPT Plus membership for about two months, when I turned on my computer on May 22, I saw that my account had been downgraded to the Free plan. Since that date, I haven't been able to access Plus features at all, and I haven't been able to fix the problem on my own.
Even though I paid the Plus fee with my credit card for both April and May, I'm currently unable to use the Plus service. I reached out to ChatGPT's support team about this, but my problem still hasn't been resolved and I'm still dealing with this issue.
I'm requesting that my ChatGPT Plus membership, which I've already paid for, be reactivated, and that my situation be resolved as soon as possible.
