We sent payment to take advantage of ChatGPT’s paid subscription benefits, but never received the promised services. Instead of delivering what was advertised, the app responded with empty apologies and vague motivational messages, as if that would make up for the failure. It’s hard not to feel like the system is just stringing people along. For what it charges, it absolutely does not deliver the value.
Even worse, I never actually signed up for a paid subscription—I simply downloaded the app to explore its features and then deleted it. Despite this, they still attempted to charge me. That’s not just unacceptable, it’s predatory. Because of this issue, my phone even froze, which made things worse.
This is unfair and unacceptable. The issue needs to be fixed immediately, and users like me deserve not to be misled or charged for services we didn’t agree to.
