If Chamet keeps deducting money but not giving you the diamonds you paid for, it may be due to one of several common issues.

First, payments are handled by third-party providers (Apple, Google, PayPal, etc.), and delays or failures often happen because of verification problems, wrong User IDs, bank fraud blocks, or server sync delays.

Sometimes you get diamonds but don't see them right away. To fix this, force-close the app, clear the cache, log out and back in, or restart your device.
