Chamet Diamonds Purchase Not Delivered Despite Successful Payment

On August 24, 2025, I purchased diamonds worth ₺444 in the Chamet app through Google Play. Although the payment was successfully processed, the diamonds were never credited to my account.

My account details: 0541*68.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with Chamet, and I have not yet contacted customer support. However, I expect the matter to be resolved quickly.

I am requesting that the diamonds I paid for be immediately loaded into my account or, alternatively, that my payment be refunded without delay.
