Chamet Support Silent After Token Recharge Failed

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with Chamet tokens that I purchased through the in-app top-up helper, but which were never credited to my account. On 9 December at around 1:18 a.m., I recharged 5,000 tokens and paid 85 rupees. I have clear screenshots of the transaction and payment as proof. After noticing that the tokens were not added to my account, I contacted Chamet support through the application. They asked me to provide the top-up helper ID, which I immediately did, along with all necessary details. However, despite sending this information, I have not received any response or solution from the app side. I kindly request that my 5,000 tokens be credited to my account as soon as possible or that my 85 rupees be refunded. I am also asking for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there has been no follow-up from support, even though I provided all the information and screenshots.
