Chamet App Not Releasing Referral Rewards (65+ Pending)

I have been using the Chamet Android app and joined their referral promotion, where they clearly promised one-time rewards of 5,000 diamonds for each successful invite. Since August 18, 2026 (around 6 days ago), I have been facing a serious problem with this campaign. I invited around 70 real friends through Chamet’s referral system. However, I only received rewards for 2 invites, and the rewards for the remaining 65 successful invites are still unfairly stuck in “Pending” status and are not being credited, despite my invitees having signed up and used the app. The screenshots I attached clearly show the “One-time Rewards” section, the list of invited users, and many entries stuck as “Pending” while only a few are marked as “Claimed” with 5,000 diamonds. I contacted Chamet customer support multiple times about this issue. Unfortunately, I only received generic, automated-style responses saying that the team is still reviewing the rewards and telling me to ask my invitees to stay active. No concrete solution has been provided, and my rewards remain blocked without any proper explanation, which feels like a misleading or fake promotion. I want Chamet to immediately investigate this issue in detail, credit all my remaining pending rewards (diamonds) without any further delay, and provide fair compensation for the time and effort I have invested in promoting their app based on their own stated terms.
