Chamet App Deducts Easypaisa Payment but Fails to Credit Diamonds
Today I purchased diamonds through the Chamet app using my Easypaisa account from Pakistan. An amount of 2,850 was deducted from my Easypaisa balance, but the diamonds were not credited to my Chamet account. The Easypaisa transaction reference number for this payment is 44866275531. I have not yet been able to reach Chamet or Easypaisa support about this issue, and I am concerned because the money has been taken, but I did not receive the service I paid for. I request that my missing diamonds be credited to my Chamet account as soon as possible, or that my payment of 2,850 be fully refunded to my Easypaisa account. I kindly ask for this issue to be checked and resolved urgently using the transaction details I have provided.
