Eneba Chamet Top-Up Fails as 187,500 Diamonds Never Arrive
I used Eneba yesterday for a Chamet top-up, and the diamonds have still not been delivered to my account. Yesterday at 19:45 UTC, I purchased and sent 187,500 diamonds to the Chamet account ID 24595366 through Eneba, but the diamonds have not appeared in the Chamet account until now. I contacted Eneba support and was told that the problem is related to the Chamet program, but Chamet has not received these diamonds in the account. I have previously made similar Eneba–Chamet diamond transfers to the same Chamet account, and they always worked without any issues, so this situation is clearly an exception. I kindly request that this transaction be checked urgently and that the delivery of the 187,500 diamonds to Chamet account ID 24595366 be completed as soon as possible, or that Eneba coordinate with Chamet until the diamonds are successfully credited to the account.
