On June 1, I purchased diamonds in the Chamet app through Google Play using my recharge card. The payment was successfully deducted from my recharge card, and the transaction appears as completed, but the diamonds have not been credited to my Chamet account. After noticing that the diamonds were missing, I contacted Chamet support. They informed me that I should contact Google Play about this issue instead of helping to resolve it. As a result, I have paid for a product that I have not received. I request that the diamonds I paid for be promptly added to my Chamet account or that the necessary coordination be made with Chamet so that my missing in‑game purchase is delivered without any further delay.
