Chamet Diamond Purchase Not Credited After Multiple Payments

I made four separate diamond purchases on the Chamet app, each for $13, but none of the diamonds were credited to my account. I completed the first and second transactions on April 4, 2026, between 01:00–03:00, the third on April 5, 2026, around 17:46, and the fourth on April 5, 2026, around 18:03. Despite making payment for all four transactions, my diamond balance has not changed at all.
All payments were made through Google Play. Even though Google Play shows that the orders were not canceled, the money was still deducted from my card, and no diamonds were added to my Chamet account. My Chamet account ID is 122864916.
I request that the diamonds corresponding to my payments be fully credited to my account. If necessary, I also expect a detailed investigation into these transactions and a written explanation. Otherwise, I demand a full refund of the amounts charged without receiving the service.
