Chamet Top Up Scam After Payment - No Coins Received

I am writing to report a cheating incident related to a Chamet top up. Last night at around 9 PM, I sent 500 TK via bKash to the number 20313*** in order to top up my Chamet account with ID 32226***. After I sent the money, I did not receive any coins in my account, and the owner of this bKash number blocked me. Because of this, I believe this number is being used to cheat Chamet users. I request that the account be suspended or blocked so that they cannot continue cheating others, and that the situation with my 500 TK payment and missing coins be investigated and resolved.
