Chamet Charged Me for Diamond Recharge but Did Not Add the Diamonds


I made two diamond recharge payments on Chamet today through the Chamet website using an e‑wallet. The total amount charged was SGT 4.49 twice, and one of the transaction references is UEN‑200508714EHEL. Although the payments were successfully deducted from my account, the corresponding diamonds were not added to my Chamet account. I have tried to resolve the issue through Chamet, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that the missing diamonds corresponding to these payments be immediately credited to my account, or that you provide a clear explanation and solution regarding this issue.
