I Face Missing Diamonds After Payment on Chamet App

Thirteen days ago, I made a payment transfer on the Chamet app, but the diamonds I purchased never arrived in my account. This is extremely frustrating because I paid expecting an immediate balance update, yet almost two weeks later I am still waiting. I contacted customer service multiple times within the app, but the responses were completely unhelpful. Instead of providing a solution or at least a timeline, the representatives simply gave generic replies that resolved nothing.

What makes this situation worse is that Chamet continues to profit from user payments while leaving customers without what they paid for. Paying for a service and not receiving the purchased digital goods feels like being taken advantage of. As a paying user, I should not have to chase after the support team for something that should be automatic.

I am demanding that Chamet either credit my account with the missing diamonds immediately or issue a full refund. If this is not resolved quickly, it will severely damage trust in the platform. Please take urgent action to correct this issue and prevent other users from facing the same problem.
