Chamet Verified User Took Payment but Never Delivered Diamonds

I am a user of the Chamet application and I would like to report a problem I experienced with a verified account on the platform regarding the purchase of diamonds. On 21 June 2026, I paid 10 USD through a Chamet verified account person to receive diamonds for my account with ID 17017***. Despite the payment being made, the diamonds were never credited to my account. After the payment, the verified person stopped responding to my messages and then blocked me, so I was unable to resolve the issue directly with them. I also did not receive any support or solution within the app regarding this missing diamond purchase. I request that my situation be investigated, the transaction with this verified account person be checked, and that either the diamonds I paid for be credited to my account ID or my 10 USD be refunded. I also ask that necessary action be taken against this verified account so that other users do not experience the same problem.
