My CFMOTO 250NK motorcycle, which is fully under warranty and has been regularly serviced, experienced a serious failure while I was riding—its engine seized unexpectedly. I opened a service request on April 25, 2025, and provided all the requested parts and documentation, including detailed photos. Despite this, no repair work has been carried out.
Instead of honoring the warranty, I was told the issue was due to “user error” and that the requested parts were allegedly “incompatible.” This is completely unacceptable. It’s now been 46 days, and my motorcycle is still sitting idle at the CFMOTO authorized service center in İskenderun without any progress.
CFMOTO, I demand a proper explanation and immediate action. I’ve followed all required procedures, submitted all documents, and yet I’m being blamed and ignored. If this vehicle is under warranty and service history is clean, why am I being left stranded? Fix my engine, honor your warranty, and stop delaying what should already be resolved.
