CFMOTO Denied My Warranty Claim for 250NK Due to Late 5000 km Maintenance

My CFMOTO 250NK model motorcycle was supposed to have its crank replaced under warranty, but I was informed that it is now out of warranty because the 5000 km maintenance service was carried out at 5300 km. However, I had parts replaced under warranty twice before, at 9000 km and 10500 km, and it was not considered out of warranty at that time. The discrepancy in how the warranty is applied feels inconsistent and unfair. Why is it out of warranty now? I feel extremely victimized as my motorcycle has been at the service center for 2 months. I have lost my only source of transportation, and I am urgently requesting your support.
