I'm feeling frustrated and let down by my experience with CFMOTO. The brand new 2024 model 250 NK motorcycle I purchased has been constantly plagued by issues, turning what should have been an exciting ownership experience into a nightmare.
After yet another breakdown, I had to order a gear sensor and display from Pendik Üçerler Motor. Despite three months passing and my numerous follow-up calls, the parts still haven't arrived. Their WhatsApp communication is sporadic at best, responding only when it suits them.
As a result, I've been unable to use my motorcycle for an extended period. The lack of interest in resolving my issues is appalling - customer service is non-existent, and the product quality is far below what I expected from a brand new bike.
