Dear CFMOTO,
I am writing to express my deep frustration with the countless issues I’ve experienced with my CFMOTO 250SR motorcycle—despite it being brand new, under warranty, and purchased with care in August 2024 for ₺170,000 in cash.
The bike suffers from extreme vibration, especially noticeable on the windshield and mirrors, clunking noises like a horse during winter starts, and overheating issues. There's clear misalignment in the chassis, as the ECU’s protective cover doesn’t fit, and the rear sprocket and wheel hub have excessive play. The clutch cable rubs against the screen, causing damage, and parts like the tail fairing are loose, with visible rust forming on the chassis.
I took the motorcycle to your authorized service for its 5,000 km checkup—expecting a thorough inspection—but only the oil was changed. Even worse, they forgot to close the antifreeze cap, which I discovered and fixed myself. When I explained these major mechanical and structural problems, the service team brushed them off as “normal” and refused to take any responsibility under warranty.
This is unacceptable. A new motorcycle—used responsibly and maintained through your authorized network—should not exhibit this many severe flaws in such a short time. The product quality and after-sales support both fall far below expectations.
My Demands:
A full investigation to identify and resolve the root cause of these issues.
All repairs and part replacements to be covered fully by CFMOTO.
Immediate and serious attention to this complaint—not delays, excuses, or dismissals.
If no solution is provided, I will proceed with official legal complaints through the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I will share this issue across social media and press channels. I am no longer accepting empty apologies or vague replies like “we’ll look into it.” I expect immediate action from authorized personnel.
