Since approximately April 15, I have been experiencing ongoing difficulties with the return of a Bosch washing machine that I purchased through Trendyol under order number 11103072155. Although I have obtained five separate return codes for the product, Ceva Logistics has repeatedly stated that the return codes provided by Trendyol do not appear in their system and therefore they refuse to collect the item. When I contact Trendyol customer service, I am told that the return codes are active and visible in their system, that I should continue waiting, and that the responsibility lies with Ceva Logistics. Ceva Logistics, on the other hand, insists that the codes have not been received in their system and refuses to pick up the product. For nearly two months, I have been left caught between these two companies and continuously delayed. The product, valued at ₺29,200, is still sitting in my home, and because it has not been collected, my refund has not been processed. I request that Ceva Logistics collect the Bosch washing machine without further delay and that the ₺29,200 I paid through Trendyol be refunded to me immediately.
