CEVA Left My Washing Machine in the Rain Instead of Delivering It Properly

I purchased a washing machine via Trendyol, and its delivery was handled by CEVA / Borusan Logistics. Today, the product was brought to my address in Konyaaltı / Antalya, but the delivery was not carried out properly. The delivery personnel refused to carry the washing machine up just four small stairs at the entrance of the building. One of the workers told me, “If you hold one side, I will carry it.” I clearly explained that I have a cervical hernia (neck disc problem) and cannot lift heavy items, and I asked whether the other staff member could help instead. He replied, “The driver does not get involved.” Despite my clear statement that I could not physically carry the machine, the delivery team left the washing machine outside in the rain and drove away. As a result, the washing machine was abandoned outside under rainy weather conditions and the delivery was not completed in a safe and proper manner. My stated health condition was ignored, and the communication style and attitude of the delivery team were highly unprofessional. Additionally, the carrier specifically mentioned that he was “from Urfa” and then deliberately left the product there before leaving, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. The vehicle plate number of the delivery truck is 07 C** 896. The shipment details are as follows: CEVA Supply Order Number 11845409, Cargo / Sender Order Number 7380032846355084. The delivery date is 25.05.2026 and, despite what happened, the system already marks the shipment as “Delivered.” I have already reported the issue and I am currently waiting for a response, but given the seriousness of the incident, I request that this situation be formally investigated, that the responsibility of the personnel involved be reviewed, and that I receive a written response regarding the outcome. I also expect the product to be delivered to my home in a proper and safe way, without putting my health at risk.
