Siemens Washing Machine Bought on Trendyol Damaged My Clothes and I Can't Return It

On Wednesday, August 28th, I purchased a Siemens washing machine worth ₺20,000 from Trendyol with delivery number 8661234332. After using the machine, despite washing my clothes at the lowest temperature of 30 degrees, they shrank significantly. I contacted the authorized service about this. They said there was no visible fault, but it was also not a user error. However, they couldn’t provide me with any solution. When I spoke with Trendyol assistant, they refused to give me a return code because the 15-day period had passed. They also told me that if I returned the machine, the seller would send it back to me again. I was told that the authorized service must provide a return report. However, in the report, it’s already stated that I am not satisfied with the machine, and I believe this alone should be a valid reason for a return. My clothes, which I spent thousands of ₺ on, were damaged, and I am facing a great loss. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court regarding this issue.
