Trendyol Did Not Deliver My Hoover Washing Machine on Time

On September 7, I purchased a Hoover 123 model washing machine through Trendyol, sold by Media Markt. Although it was stated that my order would be delivered within 3 days, 9 days have passed and the product has still not arrived, causing me serious inconvenience. During this period, I repeatedly contacted Trendyol customer service, the seller Media Markt, the shipping company, and even the warehouse. However, despite all these attempts, I was only told to wait, without any solution or clear information provided. I was also informed that a return or cancellation could not be processed. My payment of ₺18,499 was taken, and the product was sold as brand new. I demand that the product be delivered urgently, that my grievance be resolved, and that additional compensation be paid for the delay.
